How I Got Started
Before starting the program I would go the gym and work out mostly with weights to stay in shape, but in so doing I didn’t quite have the flexibility and consistency in my golf game that I desired. I have the desire to improve and after seeing the Joey D info I believed the program would help me and I decided to go for it. I haven’t touched weights in 2 months and replaced my workouts with the Joey D workouts!

What Were Your First Impressions of the JoeyDGolf?
I thought it was great. Well paced, informative, easy to follow and challenging. I completed the program recently and I now feel that I have a golf body which I didn’t have before.

Performance Notes
I’ve started hitting the ball really well, especially with my irons and shot a 75 on a difficult par 72 course. My last 6 rounds have all been in the mid seventies, which is 3 or 4 strokes better than what I was averaging previously. Also I am not losing energy late in the round, like I was before. The Joey D program has helped with all aspects of my game from flexibility to power and awareness and an overall better swing.

Next Goal
I have registered for the Long beach Senior amateur in May and hope to play well. My ultimate goal would be to get down to the facility in Florida for a 3-day seminar with Joey.
