“My biggest goal was to increase my distance. My distance with all my clubs has improved significantly. My drives are 20-25 yards longer and I have had to drop down 1 or 2 clubs with all my other clubs due to the increased distance. My goal was to play better than before and of course, to beat my husband!”

How I Got Started
I wanted to improve my flexibility, range of motion and distance off the tee. I started playing golf in my “40’s ” and played for about 5 years. Due to work, family, etc I did not start playing again until July 2013.

What Were Your First Impressions of the JoeyDGolf?
It was very easy to follow. Being able to relate each of the exercises to my golf swing during the instruction helped in understanding the reason for each one.

Performance Notes
I have had people I play with regularly ask me what I have done differently to improve my distance and the only difference is I started using the program and recommend it. I have more flexibility to make a full swing, more strength in my legs and arms and still have lots of energy after playing 18 holes. My scores show the improvement as I am now shooting in mid 80″s to low 90’s consistently. I have also tied my all time lowest score (82) and my goal is to beat that score.

Next Goal
To continue to lower my score through improved consistency and accuracy. I believe that I will continue to increase my flexibility and strength since I have only been using the program for about 3 weeks.
