How I Got Started
I saw the Joey D Golf advertisement watching the Golf Channel.

What Were Your First Impressions of the JoeyDGolf?
I bought the complete fitness program. It fits perfectly with my regular PT sessions with my Physical Therapist. When I first started the warm-up part of the DVD 3 weeks ago I was sweating profusely, had trouble with the balance drill and could only do 5 reps of each warm-up exercises. Now 3 weeks later the program has helped me cope with my vertigo, don’t break a sweat unless I do 20 reps of each exercise, can do the balance exercise without falling over. I am very pleased with my body and progress. I am having so much fun getting my golf body back.

Performance Notes
I had a 0 handicap at one point of my golf game. I suffered a left elbow injury many years ago and my handicap went to 16. My BIG MISTAKE was to keep playing with this injury for 10 years. Long story short. I feel I can get my game back with Joey D fitness. I have recently gone to the driving range for the first time in a year. I can hit a ball. I even managed to hit a straight, draw and fade at will. Thank you Joey D, you are my new best friend.

Next Goal
My next goal is to shoot the lowest senior score during my PAT in October 2014.
